End of the Year.
Dec. 27th, 2004 02:31 amThis has not been a stellar year for me. It started off rather shaky, got bad, got worse, and now it's getting better. Too bad it's almost over! I hope this next 365 days aren't as awful.
Lowlights
I lost two of my great Aunts this year. My Aunt Peach and my Aunt Muggs. If there is an afterlife, I know they're enjoying themselves in it.
I lost a few mates this year because of things I either did or said. I've learnt that saying you're sorry doesn't change anything.
I was thrown out of university beacuse I lack self-control and self-discipline.
Highlights
My nephew was born on 1 September.
I got a job and took some measure of accountabilty for myself. I've had everything done for me my whole life, and now I'm trying to learn to take care of things myself.
How has this year treated all of you? Are there things you regret or things you want to get off your chest? Drop a line in my comments, either signed or anonymously, and start 2005 off with a clean slate. Don't worry, I don't log IPs, so I won't know who you are if you post anon.
