I got a reprimand at work today. Well, it was a reprimand disguised as a one-month performance review. The verdict? I'm arrogant and egotistical, and my negative energy is preventing customers from coming into the shop. I am unapproachable and people are put off by my personality. I did receive a back-handed compliment, however: 'At least you aren't lazy. I can fix your personality problems with training, but I can't fix lazy.'
