In Britain, there are creatures called Chavs who inhale aerosol fumes, buy cheap (fake!) bling, and harass Goffs (and everyone else, really). They're Council Brats (I don't want to say Council Trash, because there are decent people who live in Council Housing). Think White Trash with a faux-hiphop edge. Here is a helpful guide.
