Tipping Poll!

For this poll, I am only referring to places like Starbucks that do not have waitstaff but use tip jars. I am not referring to sit-down restaurants where people actually tend to you and may make less than the minimum wage.

My opinion? Tip jars piss me off. I never put money in because the employees at wherever I am already get paid to do the jobs they're doing, and I don't feel the need to give someone extra money for OMG PUTTING MY ORDER INTO A COMPUTER and TURNING ON A FUCKING BLENDER.
