Lime Green? No. Not at all.

Went shopping with my mum yesterday. She's a firm believer in not wearing black to funerals, and so she saw this lime green, and by lime green, I mean lime fucking green, skirt and was going to buy it. I said, "You're not bloody serious, are you? That's green!" She didn't get it. And to think, I was worried about my father.
I ended up just getting a black and white sort of chequered-but-not trousers. They're v cool. I love them to bits, and they were only £19.00.
Anywho. I found a meme that I must do, so here it is.
1. What is your middle name?
Kirsten.
2. If you had been born the other sex, did your parents tell you what your name would have been?
No, because my mum was certain I was a girl from the start. If I could choose what I would have been called though, it sure as fuck wouldn't have been Sonja. Who in the name of Christ spells Sonja with a fucking J? My sodding Swedish father, that's who. Why couldn't I have gotten a nice Gaelic name like my mum and sister have got? God damnit!
3. Do you have children and if so, what are their names?
No kids. Nope.
4. If you were to ever have a child or more children, what would you name them?
I think I did a post about this yesterday, no? Alasdair. Yep.
5. Most people know their mother's maiden name, but do you know your grandmother's maiden name?
MacThomas and Björndahl.
6. Did you have an imaginary friend as a child?
I did. He was called Brian, and I'm fairly certain he was a ghost rather than an imaginary friend. He always wore a brown argyle sort of jumper and brown cordorouy trousers.
7. What was the name of your first pet?
We had a cat called Dynamite.
8. If you have pet(s) now, what are their names?
I've got two cats- Cry Baby and Peanut, a turtle called Joey who really belongs to my stepfather, and a rabbit called Charcoal.
9. What was the name of the first person you ever kissed?
Keith.
10. What was the name of the school you attended as a child?
I went to a few different ones, actually. Trauma I care not to revisit.
11. What was/is the name of your English teacher in high school?
It's not called 'high school,' but I think I had Ms Smith and Ms Allen and Ms Bellacome.
12. Do you name your vehicles? What are the name(s)?
No. That's fucking crazy, man.
