seethingheathenOkay. I loved the See Under: Clue, Getting A series with all my heart, and she's a good writer. However, I can have no respect for someone who writes an opinion and then bans other people from disagreeing with her. So-called BNFs are so bloody full of themselves, aren't they? I'm so fucking glad I'm not one of them- I'd never get my big head through the door and I'd be trapped in the house forever.
If someone doesn't like a fic, that someone should be able to say so. If that person wants to post a fic on one of the badfic communities, that person should be able to do so. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: If You Can't Take the Crit, Get the Fuck out of Fandom. And guess what? I don't disable comments anon or otherwise, and I don't log IPs. Say what you have to say because I'm not afraid to hear it. I've even invited my sporking victims to post my fic on badfic comms, and my last MST got shite reviews on AFF. Life goes on, people. It really does.
I won't link to her journal, even though she said people could, but here's a link to the goods on Fandom Wank. Just don't try to disagree with her on her own journal. She'll delete you faster than you can say WANKER.
EDIT: Speaking of badfic, can one of you artsy folks make an icon that says, “You are the most shameless temptress I have ever met. Fuck! I love you!” on it? Is that possible? I might try it myself in a moment, actually. It's from this fic, if you're curious. Oh, go on- you know you are.
