I like to read customers_suck because at times it's amusing.  Not always, not even usually, but sometimes.

Like most topic-centred communities, it has rules about posting off-topic entries.  Duh.  The mod has graciously taken the time to say as much in the user info.  You'd think people would take that as a hint that the mod does not want the community clogged up with OTs, but no!  That would mean that people would actually have to read something, and we can't have that, now can we?

Sorry.  I should really stop staying up all night.
